A slit-lamp–independent way to image the anterior chamber angle with a smartphone and goniolens — usable upright or supine, suited to outreach camps, tele-consultation, and patient education. Published in Journal of Glaucoma as a novel glaucoma screening adjunct.

The standardised, commercially produced form of DIGS — a universal smartphone adapter and goniolens holder (2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-mirror) by MII RetCam Inc., Coimbatore. Rapid panoramic angle screening without a slit lamp. Patent application 202031022334 (Indian Patent Office).

BOT-Graft — Botropase-optimised pterygium graft fixation

Conjunctival autograft fixation using hemocoagulase (Botropase) to form a fibrin matrix at the graft–host interface — surgical times comparable to fibrin glue at a fraction of the cost (~USD 3/vial; ~95% savings vs glue), with excellent graft stability in an initial series. Built for high-volume and resource-conscious centres.
